- Partner with hiring Managers on job description, job posting and offer process
- Onboard new hires within company standards.
- Should be able to Recruit blue collar candidates Like Driver & DE & Well versed with sourcing strategy.
- Manage a requirement load of up to 50 plus open requirements
- Communicate consistently with hiring managers on status of the openings assigned
